Our Service Guarantee

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Major Image Hair Lounge. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.


All prepaid services are non-refundable but we are more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. Clients are only eligible for service corrections when the service provider is at fault. Corrective services are allowed within 2 days of initial service. Complimentary corrections will expire at the end of the third day.

Late Arrivals

Please be courteous to your stylist and fellow clients by arriving on time to your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late to an appointment will incur a $10 late fee. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment will be rescheduled. (Rescheduled appointments due to late arrivals are based on calendar availability and may require additional payments)

Cancellation Policy / No Shows

We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancellation fee. No Shows are charged 100% of the service cost.

Guest Policy

To guarantee the comfort of all our clients, we do not allow accompanied guests unless they are scheduled to receive service. We appreciate all cooperation in this matter.

Right to Refuse Service

Major Image Hair Lounge has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff. This includes negative energy, excessive tardiness, and unpaid services.
